Do you have /usr/lib/libwine.so.1 ?
If so maybe a "ldconfig" as root would fix the issue.
IF you have the file and ldconfig does not help:
ldd /usr/lib/libwine.so.1 should output lines of:
lib => lib
if one line is : lib => not found 
could you tell us which ?
