You need to use wineg++ not g++ directly.

I compiled a DLL using wineg++. But that executable I get is a shell script
for executing the WineLoader. Please clarify whether compiling an app/dll
under wine will still require the WineLoader or if WineLoader is only for
applications to be executed as such in their original binary form?
