[Wine] using different config files

What you want to do is set a per-application default for the specific
application. This can be done with winecfg (if you are using a current
version of Wine, meaning 20050628 or beyond), or in ~/.wine/config if
using an older version of Wine.

If you need further instructions on setting it up, we would need to know
what version of Wine you were using to give them.
