[Wine] repeated error message at program startup

Greetings,

I suspect that I am missing a systems file or dll here as I was able to 
get a lot farther along when installing this application under CrossOver 
Office 5 - After installing IE6, DCOM98, and a variety of fonts using 
winetools under wine 0.9.2, I installed Legacy Family Tree v6.0.0.73. 
Upon startup of the actual program, the program prompts to open a data 
file.  Once selected, the program sits and hangs, with the output on the 
console repeating a slew of the following error messages:

err:pidl:_ILSimpleGetText -- no text
