[Wine] capture app output / output redirect

Hi everybody!

Some time ago I had written a wrapper for a windows application using
java and wine. It just captured stdout and stderror to get the windows
applications output, but today I used it again and found that there is
just plain nothing returned any more. Also executing wine app.exe &>
log.txt just sends all output to the console. Anybody knows what
happened and how it could be worked around?
