[Wine]Wine asks to set "HardwareAcceleration" = "Emulation" and it is already set.

With the version I downloaded for FC3 I cannot find a config file other 
than /etc/wine/config. I believe there used to be one more file local 
for the user but I cannot locate it. Is the /etc/wine/config the only 
config file with the recent wine version?
