These are not errors. They indicate code that has not been written, or 
is incomplete. Your program may or may not be failing because of this 
missing code.

If this GPS program is trying to access a GPS device, it probably will 
not work in Wine.

No, you should never report fixme messages. Those were put in there by 
the developers, so they of course know about them.
