[Wine]WineTools error

Hi,

there is an error in WineTools <=2.0.9 which leads to an empty config
file if you edit the config with WineTools and close the editor with the
window close button or by canceling with Alt+F4. If you use WineTools
buttons for "Save" or "Cancel" everything works fine. Anyway, the config
is saved under ~/.wine/config.bak. Also you can restore the original
WineTools config by typing

cp /usr/local/winetools/config.new ~/.wine/config

The error will be fixed in the next release.
