[Wine]Outlook 2000 & attachments

What happens if you enter "cont" or "pass" at the winedbg prompt?

A real fix would probably be to rewrite MVDRV_StretchBlt to not use
GetDIBits, but you might just be able to ignore the locking issue and keep
going.
