[Wine]Can't get wine to work on amd64

a first guess is that you have a config file in your .wine dir, that forces 
native use of those dlls. as you didn't install any microsoft stuff (correct 
me if I'm wrong) they can't be found. try renaming .wine/config and start 
notepad again or use "WINEDEBUG=+loaddll wine notepad.exe" to investigate the 
error further.
