[Wine] Otra cuestion - other Q!

Veo que hay gente que habla castellano!
ok!
les paso a contar lo que hice:
Directamente fui al site y bajé la ultima version, que se muestra arriba a 
la derecha, o sea los fuentes.
ACLARO QUE NO SOY EXPERTO EN LINUX NI MUCHO MENOS, aunque hace mas de 7 años 
que voy y vengo.... jajaja
desempaqueté todo, segui las instrucciones del readme, fui a tools, ejecuté 
el instalador, luego me comenzo a compilar, me pidio pass de root, siguió... 
una vez que terminó me largo el siguiente error:

Installation complete for now. Good luck (this is still alpha software).

Como en el mail anterior se los explique...
luego traté de arrancarlo y me dio el clasico mensaje:

[winter at Odin ~]$ wine

Bien....
Estoy investigando... y que me encontre???
el archivo config no esta en ningun lado!!! es mas, en el fuente tampoco 
encuentro en documentation una carpeta llamada "samples" donde deberia estar 
un archivo de ejemplo de configuracion!!!
asi que bue....
ahora estoy buscando como encontrarlo!
mi sist es un fedora 3, creo que lo explique en el mail anterior, ahora me 
estoy bajando un RPM a ver si lo destripo y encuentro un arch. tipo 
config... veremos....

de todas formas yo tengo el ultimo inmediatamente anterior al nuevo 0.9 que 
es el: 2005-09-30

Si alguien tiene un config de ejemplo gracias!!! o alguna piola por ahi!
