[Wine] Installing PowerTab 1.7

Hello,
     I am coming across a strange problem when installing Powertab 1.7 
under wine. It is corrupting the fonts in the windows (e.g the text in 
the menu bars "file", "edit" etc).  To give a little background I have 
installed the latest version of wine for debian from winehq.  I run  
winecfg  after installing wine and add the following 2 Dll overrides
"msi" = "native"
"msiexec.exe" = "native"
as listed on franks corner.
Then I run "wine Setup.Exe" which gives the following output:

I then run the program. At this point the application runs and is 
functional, but the menus are corrupted. Also when I run winecfg its 
menus and any text on the widgets is corrupted.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this??
