[Wine] trying to run an exe

Ok

I copied the contents of all that was on cd to HDD and installed SeaDogs.

Now when I try and run it in the actual program directory - "wine ENGINE.exe" 
i get:

Now I am using wine 0.9.8 - i got this working previously - but now its 
crashing.

Any tips?
