[Wine] Getting ViaVoice 10 Pro USB to install

I noticed you referenced "USB" in your subject title.  I'm not sure if you're trying to get a device to work, but if you are, I want to let you know that Wine doesn't support any USB device drivers.  So, you may get the software to work, but the device most likely will not.

Try adding noexec32=off (on amd64) or noexec=off (on x86) to your
kernel boot params. Stack execution protection and wine don't always
play well.
