well not on RHEL4 but on othere linux distributions. what you basically
need is a proper 32bit build environment. a good entry point for your
quest is the wine wiki: http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOn64bit; there is a
section for fedora core; which might be quite close to RHEL4.
