[Wine] Installing gecko in wine with proxy

Well, it wasn't exactly enough, I also had to add a key in the registry, 
using regedit : in HKCU/Software/Wine/MSHTML, the key GeckoPath with the 
value C:\Program Files\wine_gecko.
