WINE Is Not an Emulator. As such, it does not support (and is not useful
on) non-intel architectures.
I don't know of any windows emulators at all. You propably want
something like QEMU.
Also, I can't figure out why anyone would want to run a piece of windows
software on a realtime OS designed for embedded systems.
