[Wine] Connection Error

Hi!
I'm trying to run a Windows software that needs a connection to a
database server.
But when I'm trying to log in, it gives me the error 'Check connections
and password. SQL General Error : error while trying to retrieve text
for error ORA-03114. Alias: per'.
Looking for this error I've found some connection issues.

Using iptraf, I've noticed that it don't even calls the connection, but
it tries to invoke the eth0.

Any hints?
