[Wine] printer unavailable on 0.9.14 and FC5

All,

The system is FC5 with CUPS configured and working. Wine is a fresh 
local build and install. Printing from Wine worked on FC4 but does not 
work since moving to FC5.

Does Wine still auto detect CUPS? If so where is it configured in the 
config file?
