I definately have iexplore.exe set, and not just
iexplore.  I'd tried both as well just to make sure
anyway.  I also thought it may be a capitalisation
issue, as the installed iexplore.exe was in upper case
(IEXPLORE.EXE), but changing it down didn't help.
