That is a bit old. Up-to-date (i.e. 0.9.15) packages are available via
Fedora Extras (see winehq.org for details). You might give that a try.

I find that very strange. Maybe the distribution has them disabled.
Could you please run your program with
WINEDEBUG=+all wine SBRTS.exe
That will generate a lot of output which you will have to capture in
some way (man script). Then please don't post it here but put it
somewhere on the web to download.

Unless you are running a filesystem with versioning, no. If you have to
ask, you are not running one.
