But earlier, it wasn't necessary to manually copy a file from a Windows 
installation, right? The instructions on 
http://appdb.winehq.com/appview.php?versionId=469 doesn't say anything 
about this.

WineTools and IEs4Linux doesn't require this step either, so I guess they 
are downloading some stuff from the net instead? How?
