WineTools related question goes to Joachim von Thadden (see:
http://www.winehq.org/site/download). WineTools is not recommanded and
there is nothing Wine developpers can do for you if you use it.

Try without Winetools and with latest Wine version and clean ~/.wine.
Then report what you see on you console.
