[Wine] minimiìzing windows

Hello

I use cxoffice and Lotus Notes on my SuSE 10. KDE as windows manager.
Can anyone tell me why when I try to minimize the window of Lotus notes 
(but not Word Excel and other applications), I have to click two ot 3 
times ?
It's boring ...
