[Wine] IE HTML rendering problem with wine 0.9.8

If you are using WineTools then it is recommended to use Wine 0.9.x
with x <= 6. With newer versions there are problems with many
programs at the moment. But you can try to install IE6 on plain Wine
using the Howto at the Application Database for IE6. Write us if you
have success.
