[Wine] What do i do wrong

new to linux / suse10 I try desperatly to install the watchtower
library 2005 on my machine with wine 9.12 or 9.13 (tried both!) here is
the echo of my terminal during install. all the gurus will see the
light when i see gibberish.

it carries on like that for ages but those fixme sound like trouble to
me!
please point me to the right direction.
