Well, the fixme messages can be eliminated by setting the environment 
variable
WINEDEBUG = fixme-all

Unfortunately, that does work for the err messages. I suppose you could 
run the command something like:

wine program.exe >& /dev/null &

(that is for the bash shell and friends)
