(now upgraded to 0.9.14 - both problems persist).

I am able to reproduce the problem every time by trying to view a screen
which has ACT! 2006 open. As soon as ACT! starts and draws it's contact
screen, the viewer program (PCICTLUI.EXE) dies.

I looked at memory usage, and actual memory usage seems normal - 36 or
so megabytes most of the time, sometimes increasing to 120mb upon
connecting to a client for the first time.

What has surprised me though, is the Virtual Memory usage. 1.5gb - as
soon as I start the program. This increases to 1.6gb just before the
crash.

I am generally able to view and work on most screens, but I have
encountered this a few times. On one machine it was when I opened the
Printers folder on a remote Windows XP machine. And today, everytime I
try to view this machine with ACT! open.

thanks,
Carl
