[Wine] Should wine-specific dlls start with "wine"?

Hi.

Should wine-specific dlls always start with "wine"?

IMHO, the answer is "yes", so we should rename:

gphoto.ds -> winegphoto.ds
sane.ds -> winesane.ds


I asked a Day before the Final Patch was send and later commited, but
it seems, that some reasons where against this late-time change.
(Maybe "picassa for linux" - timeline)
