[Wine] ASIO soundcard support

A working (alpha level) module is around. This seems to need at least a 
partial compile from source to patch it in.

Any other way? Could this be posted to Debian (as contrib) as a libwine-asio 
or such and be activated the same way libwine-jack is, by simply installing 
the package?

(Also, compilation requires headers and such from Steinberg, non-free and 
these cannot be included in a source package.)
