[Wine] Newer versions or wine break emule, winmx, bpftp, wincmd/totalcmd

Anyone have any luck running any of the following under current versions of 
wine? They worked with older version, but none of these work now.

emule .47c
winmx 3.5.4
bpftp 2.4.0 (bullet proof ftp server)
totalcommander 6.54a
