[Wine] winefile/explorer hardcoded ? HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\open\command ignored

Convince a version of m$ windows to open anything with nautilus, or get
another idea.
If m$ windows will do it, and wine won't, file a bug.
