[Wine] wine PPTVIEW on 64 bits seems to run fast

I have an amd 64 X2 box.
I am running both an older 32 bit version 20050725 and wine-0.9.38
compiled as a 64 bit version.

Both seem to be running fast for PPTVIEW.EXE

Has anyone else seen this and how might I slow it down?
