[Wine] Still need "Gecko" Mozilla HTML engine

Hmmm ... That doesn't work at all!

I get the Wine desktop with a Wine Internet Explorer window it that is 
just white.
Nothing else ever comes up.

I am running Wine 0.9.43 installed with aptitude from 
http://wine.budgetdedicated.com
