[Wine] Warhammer: Dawn Of War Winter Assault Expansion (MSI problem)

the installer is broken, only the installer for dow 1.0 works
nothing since then works (ie the GOTY release, the patches or
the expansions installers)

install dow and patches on a windows machine, then copy
the program files over.
