[Wine] Wine Listen addrees

After installing Buddytalk VoIP client, wine created udp socket but it
binded to wrong IP address 255.255.255.255 instead of 0.0.0.0 or current
IP address....
after start in console it wrote
fixme:wininet:InternetGetConnectedState always returning LAN connection.
How ti fix it? How Can I configure WINE to use Linux IP configuration?
probably it it does not recognize current network settings.
