You cannot mount an audio cd, only a filesystem.

If you want to play an audio cd, then the player accesses the device directly 
(/dev/hdc - you should have permission setup to do so). I am not sure if wine 
can access the raw device directly - I guess not.

What about using some linux alternative to EAC (which is a great sw)? There 
are rippers based on cd paranoia (e.g. grip), which appears to to a good job, 
too.
