[Wine] bind on keys

Is there a way to tell wine to not bind any keys?
Or also prevent any applications in wine to not bind any keys?

I want my other application xbindkeys to control the environment.

When I am running power point viewer under wine - my xbindkeys not 
longer function.
Once wine is not running any longer xbindkeys works again. It does not 
help to run
xbindkeys after power point.

How can I accomplish this?
