[Wine] Help in fixing a bug needed

Ok, now it's my turn to ask for help. I want to test bug #5800, and for
this I need to do the following:
- A running Windows, version not important, but the newer the better
  This Windows may either be running natively or under something like
  VMWare
- Download and install http://maareyes.fileburst.com/fibzip.exe
- Run the program, click on Game->Play Online, answer yes if asked to
  update
- Capture *all* the network traffic this generates

Since I do neither have a Windows box nor VMWare, my request is for
someone to do the above 4 steps and mail me the resulting dump. Your
help would be greatly appreciated.
