Why? There are plenty of native Linux programs that should be able to do 
what Winamp can. Amarok is one that is most often recommended.

Normally this is done with the command: wine program.exe, assuming you 
are in the folder where the program is located and the name of the 
binary file to start is program.exe.

Usually somewhere under /home/username/.wine/
