[Wine] Re: winehq.org winebuild docs outdated?

-fPIC most likely just means to build Position Independent Code (kind
of like a DLL or shared library, which in a way is what you'd be
buidling to run under wine)...

What version of winebuild are you trying to use?  A version that came
with 0.9.24 wine?
