	Try this:

wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks
chmod +x winetricks
sudo mv winetricks /usr/bin/winetricks
winetricks dcom98

	If still doesn't work then execute:

mv ~/.wine{,~}
wineprefixcreate
winetricks dcom98

	If even this doesn't help upgrade your WINE to latest and try again.
