If uninstaller does not work the only option is to 'rm -rf ~/.wine'. That will remove _ALL_ programs installed under Wine. If you have several programs you should really consider using separate WINEPREFIXes for them (see 'man wine' for the explanation of hot to use it).

Don't use winedoors - photoshop (older versions - see appdb) installs and runs fine as-is with few extra requirements.
