[Wine] Mac OS X - problems with audio tab in winecfg

Something has gotten stuck.  It may be that there's some wine process  
still running that should have exited.  Try these steps:

1) In Activity Monitor, force quit any "wine" process until they're  
all gone

If that doesn't work:

2) Log out and back in

If that didn't fix it:

3) Restart your Mac
