I have no problem unzipping the archive. Maybe you didn't wait enough for
the download to finish ? :-)

This is not the same version, it's the previous, and quite old, one. The
two apps were designed for Window$ 3.1, they work fine (I use them in the
meantime), but there are some important features missing, for example
piloting several variables with the keyboard.
