Insert any cd-rom disk, make sure it's mounted, then restart your program. You can also run 'winecfg' to verify you have cd-rom drive mapped. Don't forget to check it's type should be .. CD-ROM.

On the side note what would you need that program for? You can do everything it can with bare Linux 10x times better and more efficient.
