[Wine] How to apply msp package?

Hi all,

I tried "msiexec /p *.msp" to apply patch.
And nothing happened. All files are the old ones.
Using "wine msiexec /p *.msp", wine displayed this message:
fixme:msi:MSI_OpenDatabaseW open failed r = 80030050!
