[Wine] This .exe must have KEYBOARD.COK in the DATA folder

hi, 

im trying to get carmageddon to work (http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=492) 

i followed the instructions and when i try to get it to run i get the error "This .exe must have KEYBOARD.COK in the DATA folder"

the terminal also outputs

im running ubuntu 8.04 and wine 0.9.59 (which according to the page should work)
