[Wine] wine 1.1.0 crash and vcredist_x86.exe installation

Look at the ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/winsxs directory with a fresh .wine 
installation.  There are plenty of assemblies.  Now, is Wine doing 
anything with them is a new question.
