OK, here is where my greenness will really shine.  
I am not using the terminal, just clicking through the menu bars till I get to the skillride icon.  If I try the console I type "wine skillride" and I get "wine: could not load L"c:\\windows\\system32\\skillride.exe": Module not found

I hope this helps you help me.
